Is this our own app, or a SESSN app?
Your own. We build on the SESSN platform and shape the app around your name, colours and organisation. Your families download your branded app from the App Store or Google Play.
Is SESSN just for football?
No. The core platform covers the things many sports have in common: people, sessions, memberships, teams and communication. We work with you to adapt the terminology, structure and any sport-specific requirements.
Can we move our existing members across?
Yes. We can plan a migration from your existing member data, map people to the right sessions or teams, and give families a guided onboarding journey. Payment setup and any changes to billing dates are agreed before launch.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of your organisation, the features you need and how much we tailor. We provide a clear proposal covering setup, ongoing support, hosting and any bespoke work. Payment processing charges are discussed separately.
What if we need something different?
That is where bespoke development comes in. We can extend the platform with your own workflows, web experiences, reports and integrations. We scope and agree those additions with you before building.
